No. I wish I started younger, but moreso I wish I stuck with it when was on instead off taking so much time off. Playing catchup on the short road to 40yo just makes me think of all that time as being wasted, but I suppose I was into other things and having a lot of fun.

The only prize I'd like is a time machine to open a hole just big enough to squeeze my arm through to pass myself a note when I was in my mid 20's: "Sell the motorbikes and Lift you goof!"

No.
I wish I would have started at age 28. I was so depressed at that age. I was supposed to get married and shit then. I had what I thought was the perfect female. I let my insecurities push her away.
It would have been fucking nice to see her a year later 30 lbs heavier of all muscle.

No. I was grooving quite well into my 40's with my training and teaching. Although I contemplated using at 30 or so I didn't pursue the matter because I was teaching teens and didn't want them to be suspicious of my extra muscle mass.
It wasn't until I was placed on TRT that I began to play with my dose.

I would have ran more when I was younger. My body handled it way better.
Now I just feel old

Looking back at it no.

The acne I got was bad, never 1 pimple in my life and nice clear skin.

Now I have a handful of scars from big acne.

I was in the 11th grade (should have been 12 but was short credits).
I believe I was too young and under developed.
I let my anger get the best of me in wanting to adjust my uncles face.
I was tired of being the nice guy always being taken advantage of because I lacked confidence. I was skinny but probably stronger tha i gave myself credit for.
I had a friend I looked up to get big and have an impressive physique and when he told me he was on the juice I knew (thought I knew) what I had to do.
I worked out but the thought of eating more never crossed my mind. I just worked out and took creatine expecting to look like Arnold.
I was young angry and naive. I should have educated myself on other things than exercise. I should have allowed for a better base and natural gains.
In the end I didn't fucm my uncle up. I choked out a guy who thought he could walk all over me like my bully had. After I made an example out of him my bully and his brother called me and apologized for past behavior... bitches!

No. One of my biggest regrets is not getting into it earlier.

In my younger days I spent way too much time and money (lots of money) on partying and party substances. All that time I could have been in the gym chasing the high and satisfaction from a killer work out.

It wasn't till I was put on TRT that I learned the truth about AAS, not the bullshit media that I would be a raging angry monster. So it wasn't till my mid 30's that I started.

Funny, I truly believe I look and feel healthier than I did in my 20's.

I guess I shouldn't have regret because I have only learned and grown (pun intended) from my earlier years in life

Yes I started shortly after high school. Was already relatively well developed from sports and training naturally.

Restarted just before I was 40 and have gotten into better shape than I was in my late 20s or 30s.

Ran a lot of different stuff and whatever I could get my hands on in those early years. Probably why my test was on the low side later on.

Yep. I wish I had of waited until well into my 30s or maybe more. I don’t regret using them though, I kind of regret HAVING to use them now though.

I know at least 4 people that I would consider pretty damn close friends die in their 40’s and 50’s. I have just learned that another has just been told he is in kidney failure and will need to start dialysis at least 3 times per week or die..... he is 38.

No I don’t blame steroids for their deaths.

But using steroids and probably abusing them. More importantly maybe not monitoring their health and managing their risk factors well I suppose. So while not directly accountable( depending how you look at things) steroids certainly helped to create the conditions that they ultimately succumbed to.

I’m not going to argue...... but if you believe steroids aren’t dangerous drugs to you health long term.... you are sadly mistaken.

I started at 24, 26 now. I think it was too early when looking at it on a big scale. But everything is relative and I had my reasons.

In just over a year my deadlift went from about 330 up to 460 and then I had other life events happen and also injured my shoulder doing rows(too heavy). So it's been a year of virtually not training, once every 2 weeks or so. Working a lot in response to not training regularly. And on self prescribed trt the last 4 months...i got tired of coming off.

Now I'm trying to decide if I continue the trt or get better at boosting natty test and quit steroids for 5-10 years or till I'm ready for trt.

Not sure where to start but I mostly care about longevity and quality of life.

Nope. It changed my life both good and bad. I will not regret it at all. Started at 22 i believe

I did my first cycle, dbol only at 10-20 mg a day when I was around 19 years old. I upped my protien a ton, got lots of rest and trained very very hard and gained some good weight. I'm sure the dbol had little to do with it at 10 mg a day lol...

Then I waited a year and a bit before doing a dbol/sust cycle. Dbol was cycled up and down for 1 month maxed out at 40 mg, the sust was ramped up and down over 8 weeks. I think week 1-5 was 250mg a week and 5-7 was 500mg and week 8 was 250... Good old yellow orergon sust amps..

Did I start young? I can hoenstly say by the time I was 19/20 I was pretty much at my natural peak.. It would be very hard to make steady gains at that point without AAS. I was around 300-325lbs and benching over 400 before I used gear. Not sure how much more I could have went natty.

Did I start young? I don't think I did all things considered. And I was trainging very hard and very instensly for 4-5 years prior. I'm talking about eating the same clean high protien meals every single day without a cheat day for 5 years. I ate like clock work and trained like clock work... I am pretty sure I was peaked before using....

I almost started way too young
First cycle was a short one with Sust and Dbol then pct at 18 but then shut it down after until 23 or so
Happy with that age of 23 tbh

Yes. I started way too young in my opinion. I was 23 for my first test only cycle.
I was lazy and my nutritional habits sucked to say the least. I did not have enough research and knowledge base under my belt to really understand what was happening to my body while "on" and more importantly when i came "off". PCT? What was that?! Stupid move to say the least.

Nonetheless. Over the years I took about a 5-6 year hiatus. However I spent that time learning, getting my nutrition in check, and further enhancing my overall training. I would say that at 36 I am much more competent in a lot more aspects as a whole. Thankfully boards like this and honest and constructive members helped me along during that period of learning.

No. I didnt even start lifting until i was 32, then first cycle at 34. My regret is not finding the gym much earlier. Teens would have been nice. Might have saved lots money from alcohol, cigarettes and drugs too! Haha

1st cycle 300mg of deca and 250mg of Sust per week for 10 weeks I was 23 I think way too young!
