Partial tear, peptide suggestion

Hahaha, I'm no where near that weight.
my spine honestly cant support that overhead, the herniated disks would scream too much.
I'm happy with free weight sets with 185 for reps.
My docs told me the same thing, no heavy squats or Deads after my new knees.
I said no way.
When it totally gives out I'll get it replaced, until then... I'll enjoy my deads

Keep doing the deads. The physiotherapist I saw after my second knee injury was by far the most educated physio I ever had and full of Eastern Bloc knowledge. He had me doing deads as soon as I could handle the empty bar. I continued with deads well past the point I couldn't squat. Fairly heavy for an old fart with bad knees too.
