BN is out of stock currently so if anyone knows where else I can acquire that would be helpful.
I'm not quite there yet, but thanks man. I'm still using syringe filters and have found some at Can med supplies. One day soon I'll jump into bottle top filter
You will never hand filter again if you switch!
Fuck that shit... especially with a .22
that seem expensive. ive seen them somewhere for like 100. maybe ebay?
I use a 60ml syringe and caulking gun and sure ........kind of a pain in the ass, but not that horrible really. I'm yet to use bottle tops, but pretty sure I'll cream my pants when I do ha ha
Be sure you arent cracking those filters. 22’s can be finicky and a caulking gun can crack them easily.
That's for a case of 12 that's cheap@Furius_Saturninus_Plautia

so you bottle top filter guys have to sterilize your own vials and stoppers and buy a crimping tool and create a sterile enough work space? seem like a lot of effort and incriminating evidence too me or am i missing something?
It's not that bad. The brake bleeder and bottle top filter takes over an hour for 500ml and the oven does the sterilization while filtering. I just need to put the glass on a cookie sheet. I do two batches at a time so 3hrs or so start to finish of the entire process for 100pcs of 10cc vials. Yup! There is stuff all over the place and it all goes back into the box when complete and into the a spare bedroom.
