Nandrolone and tendon repair

I’ve been doing some research about the effects of deca on healing tendons post surgery. Naturally, my findings have been “some say it is beneficial, some say it has no effect, some say it has bad effects”. I am
Wondering if anyone has any experience in treating muscle tears with various compounds, particularly deca. Primary concern is tendon restructuring with the bone. Thanks

@Bcmass i got some really good and legitimate replies from members in the GH site injection thread. i suggest you check it out.
No disrespect to my friendly Nandralone Decoanate, but i been using it for 30 years, and the healing it gives is negligible (zero) compared to daily shots of gh (generics)

nothing scientific but both times Ive blew out tendons I was on the tail end of a long deca run
@Bcmass too
Here's a little related science, I think that there is a few more studies out there that show a bit of a trend that might bring one to the conclusion that Deca is not tendon friendly. Been a while since I looked at it, this was the first one I thought of though.

Edit - another one https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.3109/08941939.2010.481007
I'm not saying this is conclusive either, like Bunk said there are many votes for either side, just something to be aware of

At what dose were you using the HGH. My first thought was of course Hgh, but my gut did not trust the kits available to me at the time.

Thanks for posting that link.

I don't think deca is the culprit as much as you don't get the same joint pain when training heavy and you really push it too far. Plus it makes you stronger. The combination is not good for the tendons.
You can do the same thing while on dbol as well if you let yourself swell up with estrogen.
I hate the feeling when you come off deca and your joints and tendons hurt for a week, like you crashed your estrogen.

GH for tendon repair. I keep GH in the fridge just for this now.

Me and my brother both got tennis elbow last year at just about the same time to what looked like the same degree, from lifting. I used 5iu/day and i was good to go in 2 weeks or so. He used good wishes cuz hes natty and was healed up in 2 months. Im sure there were other factors but its hard to ignore the obvious player.

Not sure if this is applicable to post surgery...?

What to do to get proper tendon repair?

Let it heal
Eat right
Do structured low grade progressive resisted exercises
Do not be a dummy and do activities that will significantly put you at risk

HGH is not worth the money investment for a potential 10% increased healing speed or strength of tendon. You will NEVER have the same 100% strength of the tissue. You MUST strengthen the supporting structures and slowly reload the fixed tissue to build up scarring and strength so that it can react to future heavier loads. Gear itself will strengthen muscle but it has absolutely no effect on functional real world strength. You must develop that by doing actual real life activity under stress after you've got the base strength (standard lifting) down. Poo poo news but this is from my 10 years of experience in this field.

NPP can help with bone injuries.Tendons and connective tissue I would go with BPC 157 plus GH.

I’ve done a bit or research on bpc for my colon, and it is very good at healing tendons. Lots of vids on this on you tube.
I got my bpc from Prosum, a few people told me theirs was top notch. It not expensive either.
In combination to what Physio stated above I bet that would be your best bet.
Finding good gh is like finding a beautiful woman who cook and cleans and loves sex, its out there but hard to find, lol.
