Are you off to England?
I fell on both knees, the elbows and the face. It was as if I had been hit by a car. It could have been worse though.I agree with him. I found my balance was off until I had the second knee done. It took a bit of getting used to, but now I'm OK for an old fart.
Did you hurt yourself when you fell?
I prefer cardio to weights. I need my daily dose of it, it's an addiction.You do lots of cardio, something tells me you love it.
