Lump under my right nipple

I'm so paranoid right now, on my way to the doctors. I have a small pea sized lump underneath my breast tissue and it's painful to touch.

I'm not on steroids for what it's worth.

Can a 30 year old male not on steroids get gyno or no?

I hope this doctor knows what the he'll they're doing because I can't afford

You could very well be gyno probed even not running aas. I had something similar when I was about 28. Just came out of no where, painful etc. Doctor said to not worry and it’ll go away. It did. The ones you gotta worry about are the lumps you get that aren’t sore so I’ve been told. But get it checked anyways
 
Watch what you eat, a lot of items can promote estrogen conversion. Soy, tea tree oil is a few. Plastic bottles.

Yeah don't look it up on the internet, everything is cancer. You will drive yourself nuts
 
The doc said it's probably a pimple or boil and gave me antibiotics and said come back if it gets worse.

I guess stressing out about it won't help any. I'll have to just wait and see if it gets bigger or goes away.
