Intermittent Fasting and Keto results

So I've been following a 16:8 . (16 hr fast, 8 hour feast) schedule for the past few months and when I do eat, I follow a clean keto diet during the 'eating window'..

Right now I'm running 400 TREN and 500 TEST-E over an 8-day rotation.

Started at 246 and now at 233

Results have been that I've held the muscle and dropped fat nicely. more definition and vascularity coming in and feel great.. I workout mostly in the morning in a fasted state. Fridays/weekends I do 2-a-day workouts, one fasted, one after I've eaten

Nice work bro.
I’ve done Keto with great results but never gone on 16:8 intermittent ratio. I do fasted workouts but starve within an hour of stopping. ☹️

Christ I don't know if I could do a fasted workout.. I guess the only way to find out is to try it lol.

You're on a roll, send me some of that motivation I could use it .
