You bet Sorbate. If some folks get low on Hydrochloric acid in the gut, it creates a whole host of issues. Here is a good article on it.
Personally I take 2 tabs, if it creates a warm sensation in the stomach, that means you are low, if it does nothing, then things are probably all right.
As with many supplements there are 2 sides, one side says it is magical, the other says the jury is out on its effectiveness. I am on the magical side, it has worked for me very well when bulking and eating copious amounts of proteins from red meat etc.
