Thanks for your help. I just ordered the water
So I can take just the one dose in the morning, then fasted cardio. I'll have to wait at least 2 hours to eat, is that correct?
I think I currently have the 2mg? Insulin needles, what do i start with?
This is my first time using injections.

So take your first dose in the morning then do cardio, and then go home to eat your first meal. If you decide to do a night time dose or afternoon, make sure you are fasted a bit. I did mine the morning (fasted) cardio, home to eat. My second was before bed, last meal or snack by 7-8 and did my second pin at like 10-11 before bed.
The (insulin)needles you have will work i would take 2 units x 2 a day.
