Is anyone able to help direct me to a sports injury specialist? I have a chronic groin injury for the past 9 months that local health care can't diagnose.
I have constant pain in my lower right abdomen that prevents me from being able to do a sit up. If I do any kind of activity the pain gets worse and travels into my adductors. It takes about 2 days to become tolerable again. I tend to think it is a sports hernia but I can't find anyone with any experience with this type of issue.
I have tried rest, physiotherapy, chiropractor and ultrasound with no improvement. I am now waiting on an MRI.
I just want to be able to train again and would love any assistance
