Hard Boiled Eggs

Every week I hard boil a couple dozen eggs and take them into work for a morning and afternoon snack 6/day.

One week they peel effortlessly and the next week it’s a shit show and I’m left with half the egg.

I usually boil them up while I’m making the rest of my work meals for the week so it’s safe to say I’m all over the map when it come to length of time boiling and so on.

Anyone got a trick for getting this right.

I’m considering just eating the whole egg shell and all...fvck it.

At least you can eat them. If I brought those to work I'd be clearing the place out in no time. Cauliflower too... mad gas!

I've tried everything under sun and it's always hit and miss. I'm inclined to agree with Cheapshot.
