Will we see the Fury that beat Klitschko or will Wilders KO prowess put Fury to the canvas?

——-

My biased and personal opinion is that the Mack is back..I expect Tyson Fury to be better than ever. Just over a month left to see if the big man still has the fire to deliver a boxing lesson in his attempt to comeback and seize the throne which once was his.

I listened to that podcast today. It’s quite good. My money would be on fury. He’s just technically far superior.

I'm going with Fury, But if Wilder lands one of his bombs flush, I'm interested in seeing how Fury will take it.

One thing I'm looking at, though - Fury isn't usually a KO artist. So if he wins, its likely by decision. This means he's gonna have to avoid Wilder's bombs for 12 rounds. He's gonna have to be on his game - but I agree, his technical skills are above and beyond Wilder's.

I actually think he will stop Wilder between rounds 7 to 10. He will out box and frustrate. Wilder will get tired and the accumulation of touches will add up.

I still got Fury...too much skill

I’m with you there.

Late round stoppage..maybe even TKO; I get the feeling Fury will batter him with an accumulation of punches and leave him so battered he won’t be exercising his rematch clause.

I agree with a late round tko. The accumulation of damage from Wilders poor defence will add up.

Fury outclassed him throughout..to the point even with Wilders to knockdowns he should have won imo.

Fury won’t make those same mistakes in the rematch..but I’m not so sure he’ll get fair judges in America.

You have to watch the up and comers and the regional guys and gals. That is where Boxing lives; perhaps dies.

Yeah. The fight itself was good. But the judging was horrendous. I can't even fathom how one judge had Wilder winning a total of 7 rounds. Other then the 2 rounds he scored knockdowns in, I couls only give Wilder 1 or 2 more rounds at the most. Disgusting

Yup. At the very most I could give Wilder a total of 4 rounds (which includes the 2 rounds he had knockdowns in). This would make the score 114 - 112 for Fury. Thats the best I can give for Wilder.

Judging man? Boxing has always had that problem of winning on judges cards. You often ask yourself what fight are the judges watching? If you love Boxing you have to get out to your local events. At least you can then boo the decision. Lol!

The boxing superfights are a joke now because of these ridiculous judges. You got the 2 Canelo vs Golovkin fiascos.

Then you got the first Kovalev vs Ward fight. Even the second Kovalev vs Ward fight was a little shady with the low-blow "knock-out".

And tonight's fight was no better.

I agree, judging has always been an issue. But it seems to be getting more consistently bad - and the bigger the fight, the shadier the judging. This is one of the reasons I started drifting away from boxing in recent years.
