I used Tren E on my first run with tren. Most say start with ace but i'm a cheap bastard that likes to get more bang for buck so I opted for E instead.
I received FANTASTIC strength gains (better than anything else I've ran) and good lean tissue gains. However, it made me relatively flat (maybe because I kept test at trt levels, idk. I've heard tren makes some guys full) and the pumps were not as spectacular as high test/high deca.
Tren will amplify your natural personality so if you're a dick, it will make you more of a dick. Im a level headed guy and it didnt turn me into a dick.
I got insomnia from it. I averaged roughly 3-4 hours of sleep during the cycle. I wasn't tired though, strange. Its almost like tren makes you not need to sleep. Its boring staying up all night staying at the ceiling though so theres that.
My rate of sweating also increased, especially during workouts. The sweat smelled bad too, and I normally have little to no BO when sweating.
I did 600 tren 250 test. So you could start with 600, or lower it to 300-400 if you respond well to low doses in general
