Eazy57's Blasting for Summer Log By Dracorex

Mornin' ladies and gents.

So cardio today. Intervals again for 30 minutes.

So I've been experimenting with a few things. If you've been following along you know I've been taking DNP since the beginning of the month at low dose. DNP is notorious for lethargy. So in my infinite wisdom I thought I'd try taking it before bed since I'm going to bed anyway and want to sleep as deeply as possible. Result: not so good. Given the fact I am already taking tren and have been lucky enough to have moderate to no night sweats up to now, last night felt like I was a raging fire being doused with a fire tanker. Probably some of the worst night sweats I've had. So 1) that's good because the tren and dnp are working as they should, but 2) it made for an uncomfortable night.

I woke up not as tired as I was expecting and did my cardio fairly easily. What DNP also does is increase your appetite. So needless to say, after 8 hrs on DNP and no food and interval training... I was starving. My knees were wobbly and weak I was so hungry. When I got to work I made some eggs had a protein shake.. then the next thing you know I had to put my head down and sleep at my desk. Usually the lethargy isn't so bad, but I would say for me, taking it upon waking preworkout is likely best for my first dose. I won't take it before bed again at least when I'm running tren. I've taken the two together before but I was taking DNP much higher at 400mg a day to have comparable night sweats.

So below you'll see by the pics I've been given some deca no ester to test. Once again I'd like to than Dracorex for the opportunity to try out a new product. We have no idea what the results will be so this should be interesting. There is 50mg per CC. I'll start at 50mg preworkout and move up to about 100mg. I will be replacing Winny in my cycle with the nandrolone base.

As a side observation... as deca is really named after the ester (decanoate) my suggestion would be to simply call it Nandrolone base or make up some came as both NPP and deca reference their esters. Maybe call it NDB. I don't know. Just throwing stuff out there.

So tonight I'll pin a CC each of test/mast/tren and a CC of ripper. Tomorrow morning I'll pin a CC of nandrolone base. Look for that.

Deca no ester.png

Morning everyone. So as posted above a few pins of mast/test/tren. I pinned a CC of this new deca no ester. So, how can I describe it? It oddly felt like a mind workout energy wise. I could feel it mildly. About an hour later in the gym though I could really feel the effects of the deca. I've been pretty beat up and sore latey, but I was almost pain free. No shoulder pain. My tendons and joints felt really good. I dropped reps and added weight and felt really strong. I asked for a spot at one point but didn't really need it. I pushed out the reps pretty easily. I was sweating like a hog. I literally had sweat beading up over my delts and down my arms. My clothes were drenched. Awesome. We'll see what Sunday brings as I up it to 75mg.

Full body workout today:

Leg extensions: 100*15, 145*6, 175*6, 190*6
Bent over row: 135*6, 155*6, 175*6, 185*6
Upright row: 65*8, 85*6, 95*6, 105*6
Bench press: 135*8, 185*6, 205*6, 225*6
EZbar curl: 50*12, 80*8, 100*8, 100*8
Incline triceps extension: 50*15, 80*10, 100*8, 100*8
Seated calf raise: 150*12 (4 sets)
Decline crunch: 3 sets of 20 reps.

Felt really good today considering how wiped out I've been feeling recently. I decided on a day off DNP to allow myself to recenter. That an adding the deca really made this workout shine. I won't make any grand conclusion off one workout, but we should know in a week it's as advertised.

Tomorrow cardio.

Mornin' y'all!

Got up early today. didn't sleep well as i ate like crap yesterday at my wife's niece's communion lunch. It left me bloated and feeling like crap all day and into the night. I had practically zero carbs for dinner but I just couldn't shake the shitty feeling. So although sleep wasn't great I was ready to lift. I shot 1 cc of deca no ester. It's like a slow burn. You don't notice it until about an hour to an hour and half after pinning. About 2 hours in I felt great. Excellent energy. My joints and tendons felt very good and once again, I can't get over the strength improvements. Perhaps a more accurate account is that it gives you better endurance. So less muscle fatigue which allows you to lift more and for more reps. When pushing the limits and lifting near max loads, you feel less stress on your joints and tendons. Impressive and much appreciated

So another full body workout today. Today was the heaviest lifting day of the week. Originally I was going for less reps and heavier weights, but because of the deca I was able to keep going and push out maximal reps. A lot of PRs today. Very, very satisfied with today's workout.

Elliptical machine: 5 min warmup
Smith machine incline bench press: 135*15, 185*10, 225*10, 225*8 (PR)
Lying leg curls: 65*15, 80*12, 95*10, 110*10
Leverage high row: 150*12, 190*10 (3 sets)
Machine lateral raise: 80*15, 95*12, 110*10, 125*10 (PR)
One arm machine preacher curl: 50*15, 60*12, 80*10, 95*6
Smith machine close grip bench press: 135*15, 185*12, 205*10, 225*10 (PR)

I left out abs and calves today as i had to get home. Mother in law is visiting and I'm making brunch for them. Although I'm not eating it. Damn diet! Just a protein shake with almond milk and PB. I need to get away from foods that irritate my stomach. One day is all I can take these days.

Tonight I'm going to pin some ripper and a cc each of TNT450 and mast e.

Cardio tomorrow and another full body workout Tuesday.

Hey all. A few updates to get to so this will be a long one. I hope you'll find it useful because it has to do with more than just balling out in the gym.

So if you've been following along you know I'm doing full body workouts every other day from now till the end of the summer. I like it because it allows me to hit each body part 3 to 4 times a week with out too much strain. This week's schedule has me in the gym Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. All other days are cardio days. Monday I spent on a spin cycle. 30 mins. So Tuesdays workout was as follows:

Dumbbell Bench Press: 70*10, 80*10, 95*8, 95*8
Hypertension: 4 sets of 12 with a 45 lb plate.
One arm side laterals: 20*12, 30*10, 40*8, 45*8
Standing dumbbell curls: 25*12, 30*10, 40*10, 50*8
Seated triceps press: 50*15, 60*15, 70*15, 80*15
Leg Curl: 65*12, 65*12, 80*10, 80*10
Seated calf raise: 150*12 (4 sets)
Decline crunch: 20 reps of 4 sets

I took 1 cc of ripper on Monday night. 2 cc's of deca no ester Tuesday. I had a set call on Tuesday and was running cable around a location all day. It's the first time I can remember where I has really good energy and although the work was hard and the cable was heavy I as able to put in a good 13 hr day and not feel like dying. So for shits and giggles I decided to to take another cc of deca no ester to see if the same strength and endurance you get in the gym translates to a more practical application like work that involves heavy lifting and carrying items for 100'a of feet up and down multiple staircases. Yesterday was good. Not nearly as Tuesday, but good. 2 cc's is definitely my sweet spot. So if I'm going to take 2cc as a pre-workout or every other day I'm going to drop taking the extra test/tren/mast I had added. As that will be an extra 300-400 mg of deca per week. Combined that would be a shitload of 19-nor esters. we'll see how this part of the "experiment" goes!

So this morning I took 2 cc's of deca no ester and hit the gym. I'm varying equipment for each workout where ever possible to change things up, for variation, and for slightly different stimulus. This wasn't a strength workout. More a form. muscle connection workout focusing on the stretch, contraction and time under tension:

Single leg leg extension: 60*12, 100*12 (3 sets)
Straight arm pulldown: 85*12, 105*10 (sets)
One arm low cable crossover: 25*12, 45*12 (3 sets)
Cable shrugs: 105*12, 135*12, 165*10, 195*10
One arm cable triceps extension:25*15, 35*12, 65*10, 55*10
One arm overhead cable curl: 25*15, 35*12, 45*10, 45*10
Standing calf raise: 155*12 (4 sets)
Decline crunch 4 sets of 15 reps.

Felt good today. In hindsight these are fun workouts every now and then but I won't be doing a cable focused workout again for a while.

I've been feeling bloated lately with too many carbs. But I'm on it diet wise today and after 8 pm this evening I'll fast until noon tomorrow.

The deca base has me feeling pretty good. Probably one of the most noticeable "feel good" drugs I've had in a while. Really good energy and focus. Tendons and joints are feeling better all the time. Man the endurance!

Big thumbs up for me on the deca base. The ripper as been solid too although I think I'll be upping the dosage on that.

Cardio tomorrow. Weights on Saturday.

Evenin y'all.

Had a great workout this morning. Pinned 75mg of NNE and 225mg of Ripper in each lat then hit the gym, Great strength and endurance. Tendon's and joints still feel good and aren't aggravated with the heavy workload. Starting to get a nasty bloat issue. May stop the NNE soon and save the rest for the fall when i care less about what I look like and strength and size is the goal.

Leg extensions: 85*30, 160*10, 190*10, 220*10
Leverage incline chest press: 100*20, 190*10, 240*8, 280*6 (PR)
Wide grip seated cable rows: 70*20, 110*12, 140*10, 200*8 (PR)
Smith machine shoulder press: 95*20, 135*12, 185*8, 205*6 (PR)
Machine preacher curls: 65*20, 95*12, 125*10, 155*8
V-bar pushdown: 105*20, 135*12, 175*10, 205*10
Horizontal calf press: 170*12 (4 sets)
Ab machine: 50*25 (4 sets)

Great workout. Energy wasn't as good as earlier in the week. But strength was good and endurance was excellent.

Cardio tomorrow is going to be some hiking in the morning for a few hours.

Back in the gym holiday Monday.

So another 2 workouts to log and update on the gear I'm running.

I stopped taking NNE as I was getting to bloated. I'm on a cut so this wasn't working for me. Yes, the strength was out of this world. I felt great. I blew up good and looked thick. But I'm going for the shredded look. Lean and vascular. I'm going to save the rest for my strength phase this fall where it will truly shine. NNE is perhaps too good. I doubt I'll ever run deca again after this. Well done Dracorex!

So now I'm taking 75mg of winny preworkout. Perhaps I'll move to ED to get back to where I was before I used the NNE. Still taking 1cc of ripper EOD and 400mg of mast/tren EW.

Holiday Monday's workout was all about high volume. Every set was 20 reps. Great pump, but it wore on my shoulders. My joints hate the volume but I add it in every now and then for stimulus:

Walking treadmill warmup: 5 min
Leg press: 300*20 (3 sets)
Calf press on leg press: 300*20 (3 sets)
Leverage Incline chest press: 100*20, 150*20 ( sets)
One arm dumbbell row: 50*20 (3 sets)
Lying real lateral raise: 20*20 (3 sets)
Hammer curls: 25*20 (3 sets)
One arm dumbbell triceps extension: 20*20 (3 sets)
Hip raise on parallel bars: 3 sets of 20 reps

Today's workout was similar to Mondays when a little heavier weight and in the 12 rep range. Stopping the NNE was profoundly noticeable. Not nearly the strength and energy. While I was eager to lift it just wasn't the same. Had a great pump. Muscles were hard and full:

Squat machine: 135*12, 225*12 (3 sets)
Bent over row: 135*12 (4 sets)
Bench press: 135*12, 155*12, 185*12 (2 sets)
Barbell shoulder press: 65*12, 95*12, 135*12 (2 sets)
EZ bar curl: 60*12 (4 sets)
Lying close grip triceps extension: 60*12 (4 sets)
Standing calf press: 175*12 (4 sets)
Ab machine: 50*12 (4 sets)

Lack of energy made this a much harder workout than it should've been You just have days like these. Felt like I got in good quality reps though and was happy with the overall workout. Mission accomplished. Back on the 16/8 intermittent fasting regimen. No shake after the gym or anything until lunch. This protocol works well for me. No food after 8pm and nothing until noon the next day. Then eat my calories in an 8 hr window. More than doable for me.

Active cardio tomorrow and full body workout Friday.

Good morning kiddies! Back in the gym this morning after a day off with the wife. We just celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and had a great day together. Even better that fine wine and a fantastic seabass dinner was both of us getting up early to hit the gym this morning. 75mg of winny, an espresso and I'm ready to go:

Treadmill cardio warm-up: 5 min
Lying leg curls: 65*15, 95*8, (3 sets),
Smith machine bench press: 135*15, 185*8, 225*8, 245*8*
Leverage high row: 100*8, 150*8, 170*8, 190*8
Machine side laterals: 80*8, 95*8 (3 sets)
Single arm machine preacher curl: 50*12, 80*8 (3 sets)
Single arm rope triceps extension: 35*15, 55*8, 65*8, 75*10
Horizontal calf press: 170*120, 210*8, 230*8, 230*10
Ab crunch machine: 110*15 (4 sets)

I'm starting to feel the difference between the NNE and oral winstrol. Energy is different, strength is still good but not as intense if that is possible to describe. I was able to lift well and what I wanted, but in some things I just felt weaker. On the preacher curls by nagging injuries are slowing starting ti rear their ugly heads.
Overall good workout this morning. off tomorrow as a cardio day and Sunday will be my heavy lifting session of the week. Either a 5x5 or 6x4 routine. We'll see I'm leaning towards 6x4 because I haven't lifted that heavy in a while and I don't need to rush my workout.

I'm carrying some linger water and bloat after stopping the NNE a few days ago. It's possibly too good that I wouldn't consider it on a cut, it will definitely be a staple in my arsenal for a strength/bulk phase this fall. Really looking forward to that. Perhaps running it without test as I'm reading a few are doing.

That's it for today. Look for update pics next week.

Good afternoon brethren,

Its been a great weekend with the wife, getting stuff around the house, and not missing workouts. I've been pinning only 1cc of shredder the last few days but tonight I think for an added bump I'll do a cc each of tren and mast enth. I'll incorporate that in twice a week from here on out and pin every other day alternating between shredder and tren/mast. I should be getting in winny no ester in the next day or two. Look for that added to the lab rat.

Great sleep last night. Watched the Monte Carlo Grand Prix had a light breakfast and was in the gym by 11:15. I had amazing energy and strength I took 75 g of oral winny felt good and ready to go:

Smith machine incline bench press; 135*12, 185*4, 205*4, 225*4, 245*4, 265*4
Smith machine shoulder press: 95*12, 105*4, 135*4, 185*4, 205*4, 215*4
Leverage low row: 100*12, 150*4, 190*4, 240*4, 260*4, 280*4
Leg extension: 100*25, 145*12, 205*10, 235*8
Standing concentration curls: 30*12, 50*8, 55*8, 60*8
Standing calf press: 155*2, 205*8, 205*8, 235*8
Decline crunch: 4 sets of 15
Triceps pushdowns" 105*12, 145*8, 185*8, 205*8

Really pushed myself today. Took my time, felt in control, executed well. One of those days you leave the gym and say to yourself, "fuck ya.. that was a good workout!"

Cardio tomorrow and back to weights on Tuesday and hopefully the winny will be here.

Thanks for following along.

Hey hey hey. Taking a quick moment to make an entry to my log. It's been a crazy week of shooting the TV show "Suits". Long hours but I was able to get a 5 am workout in yesterday.

Leverage incline press: 100*20, 150*15 (3 sets)
Machine lat pullovers: 100*20, 150*12 (3 sets)
Lying dumbbell rear felt raise 20*20, 25*15 (3 sets)
Machine preacher curls: 65*20 95*12 (3 sets)
Reverse triceps pushdowns: 75*20, 105*25 (3 sete)

No legs as I had to be at set an hour earlier than usual. I'll make up for it with a leg only workout this weekend.

I pinned the winny no ester yesterday. It's in MCT oil (I've been corrected), a few crystals seen but injected fine. No pip. Oddly enough had a strange reaction almost like a very mild tren cough sensation. No cough but that feeling you get in your throat.

I started taking .25 of caber Monday to offset the prolactin levels that are killing my sex drive. May bump it up to .5 tonight so I'm good for the weekend. I shot 1cc of tren and mast respectively last night. Again no pip. All good.

Back in the gym tomorrow. Likely on little sleep.

Afternoon all,

In the gym this morning after a day off. Took .5 of caber last night before bed. Woke up a little nauseous in the night but I was okay.

Pinned winny no ester this morning in my triceps. No problems, no pip, no discomfort

Dumbbell bench press ::50*20, 70*12, 80*10, 95*10
Neutral grip dumbbell flyes: 20*15, 25*12, 30*10, 35*10
Seated cable rows: 75*20, 105*12, 140*10, 160*16
Seated overhead barbell triceps extensions: 50*20, 70*12, 80*12, 80*12
Single arm machine curls: 50*20, 70*15, 80*12, 80*15
Decent strength today. Low energy as I'm on 5 hrs sleep. LEGS tomorrow.

Finally back in the gym this morning for a quick high volume leg workout. Felt bloated having eaten breakfast this morning before the gym. Something I almost never do but my wife does. Got nauseous at times but it's all good.

Pinned the winny this morning. Once again no issues and no pip. Just a strong odor. Still not sure what to make of it yet. Not as instantly noticable as the deca. But I always found winny to be a slow burn. I'll pin some test/mast/tren tonight.

Today's workout: Legs!

Hack squat: 135*25 (2 sets), 185*25, 225*25
Leg extensions: 70*25, 110*25 (3 sets)
Lying leg curls: 65*25 (4 sets)
Calf press: 130*25 (4 sets)

Nothing fancy. In and out in 40 minutes. My legs are burning. Feels great. Heavier this week.

Back to splits this week as I'm not overly enjoying full body workouts at the moment.

Good morning all. Chest and arms today. Didn't really lift with any specific weight in mind. Really focused on feeling the muscle, tension, and connection. I seem to grow better this way. Sure, strength is a necessity somewhat, the mind/muscle connection is better barometer in my opinion for body sculpting.

50 mg of winny this morning and some espresso and I'm ready to go. I decided to pin the mast/tren/test tonight instead.

Incline dumbbell press: 30*20, 60*12, 80*10, 80*8
Leverage decline press: 150*15, 190*12 (3 sets)
Cable crossovers: 35*12 (4 sets)
Reverse cable pushdowns: 65*12 (3 sets)
Rope Pushdowns: (3 sets)
Cable curls: 65*12 (3 sets)
Cable hammer curls: 65*12 (3 sets)
Close grip smith machine press: 135*12 (4 sets)
Single arm machine bicep curl: 50*12 (4 sets)

Nice slow, focused movement all the way through each rep. Double the time under tension I normally would do. Pecs and arms were burning and full. great workout. Back tomorrow. Should be fun.

Mornin ladies and gents. With my wacky schedule I'm in the gym each day this week with the weekend off. It's about 6 days straight in total and I'm half way through now. I'm tired as fuck from late nights and 4-5 hours sleep. I crash (sleep) in my truck during lunch for a few quick Z's but I plow through. Sleep can come on the weekend. If the Rock can do it, so can I.

Got my hands on some yohimbine and albuterol and dropped a tab each this morning along with inj. winny. Man I could feel it with 20 minutes. I was driving to the gym and I started to get that buzzed feeling. It's now almost 5 hours after taking them and I'm still wired and lightly shaky. Not nearly as bad a clen or ephedrine. Really heated up while working out. I didn't have dinner last night and didn't really eat pre workout which negatively affected my workout. Strength wasn't as good and a little nauseous from the fat burners. But I drank a ton of water and powered through. Goals man... goals. I'm only taking one dose to asses how I feel.

I'm in the last four weeks of this cut before I hit maintenance. I'm feeling bloated and lethargic lately which is a little disappointing. I blew up good one the NNE but now have leaned out a little now that I switch to winny. I've eaten too many carbs lately and that will be tightened up as well. Workout wise I am focusing less on weights and more on sculpting. 60-80% of my max with slower controlled movements and really focusing on the feel and contraction. Strength is cool, less is more when it comes to sculpting one's body. I'm still fasting twice a week but not more often as my metabolism is ramped the fuck up and I am hangry all the damn time.

Today's workout: Back and shoulders:

Lat pulldown machine: 90*20, 130*12, 150*10 (2 sets)
Leverage low row: 150*15, 190*10 (3 sets)
Wide grip deated cable rows: 95*15 140*10, 160*8
Leverage shoulder press: 100*15, 150*10 (3 sets)
Single arm side lateral: 25*15, 30*10 (3 sets)
Lying single arm rear delt raise: 30*10 (3 sets)
Leverage shrug: 135*15, 185*10 (2 sets)

I can still feel the workout 3 hours later. Really made a great connection and could feel the target muscle working. It's going to be a fun month.

On deck for tomorrow: Legs!

Morning everyone. I haven't hit the gym for a few days. Set work has left me off as my days kinda get flipped around. Back in today for another blast of chest and arms. I'll do legs on Sunday when I have a few days to rest up and give it hell.

My diet has been off and I've regressed in the waistline department. I'm carrying some water yet still have some vascularity. I've been fasting so I'm definitely flatter all round but it's a means to an end. I've been taking yohimbine and albuterol for the past 3 days and I must say I enjoy it much better than clen or ECA. Yea, you get a little jittery but nowhere wear the likes of clen or ECA in my opinion. I prefer ECA for appetite supression. I'm going to run it for the month of June and see where I'm at at that point. Fasting has left me quite hangry most of the time. I try and keep to myself as everyone and everything is annoying.

I pinned 250mg test, 200mg of tren, and 200 mg of mast last night and 50mg of winny this morning pre-workout. While I was bitching that I wasn't happy with my look, in the gym when I've got the blood flowing I do look pretty damn good. Nice and slow movements with good stretch and contraction really connected well. My pecs feel like they've been worked for the first time in a long, long time. Feels so good. Really lowered the weight and speed to focus on the movement and muscle connection.

Smith machine incline chest press: 135*15, 155*12, 185*10 (2 sets)
Smith machine bench press: 135*15, 185*8 (3 sets)
Leverage decline press: 150*15, 190*12 (3 sets)
Reverse grip triceps pushdowns: 65*12 (3 sets) superset w/
Reverse grip cable curls: 65*12 (3 sets)
Rope triceps pushdowns: 85*12 (3 sets) superset w/
Rope hammer cable curls: 85*12 (3 sets)
Triceps dip machine: 150*12 (4 sets)
Single arm machine preacher curl: 50*12 (4 sets)

Looks like a lot of work but there's only 3 exercises per body part. Super strict form. Slow focused full range of motion. Feels so good.

Tomorrow is a super busy day with Masons visiting from Cleveland. I'll be back in the gym on Sunday!
