Dracorex Superdrol/ Test base log

A double workout post today. I've been taking 20mg of Superdrol and 25mg of dmaa daily along with 5000mg of MSM, with 50mg of test. Hardening up nicely.i haven't gained too much size and strength is decent but not on a dbol level.

Yesterday I did legs and today was chest and arms.

Hack squat: 135x15, 225x8, 315x8, 405x8, 135x20
Leg extensions: 85x20, 125x15, 145x12, 160,10
Lying leg curls: 50x20, 85x15, 110x12, 125x10
Hip adductor: 100x20, 145x15, 175x12
Standing calf raise: 125x20 (4 sets)
Decline crunch: 4 sets of 25

Today:
Incline chest press machine: 100x15, 150x6, 200x6 (2 sets), 225x9, 130x20
Crossovers: 45x12 (3 sets)
V-bar pushdowns: 85x15, 105x6, 175x6 (2 sets), 205x9, 110x20
Single arm machine bicep curls: 30x20, 50x6, 80x3 (4 sets), 90x3 (3 sets), 40x20
Reverse grip triceps extensions: 105x20 (3 sets)
Cable curls: 65x20 (3 sets)

Great high volume workouts the past to days. Excellent endurance. Decent strength. Ligaments and joints feel pretty good considering. Sick pumps today. Felt really good. One more week of split workouts before I switch to full body workouts for 4 weeks. I'm also going to run Superdrol and test base for one more week as well before switching it up and going off orals for a bit.

It's been a great ride and I've looked great this summer. I get a ton of comments and people asking for advice. Hard work and perseverance pays off big time. Also nice that my wife can't keep her hands off me!

Good afternoon everyone. Back hitting iron this morning. Still taking 20mg of superdrol and 100mg of test base a day. I can tell you the lethargy from the superdrol is real. I am wiped out all day long. Especially after eating. I could literally fall asleep walking. I look fucking great. My workouts have become somewhat laborious as I am so tired all the time. I'm in my 5th week. I would say this is some strong shit and 4 weeks at 20mg a day should be more than enough for even the most experienced user. This is my last week on this cycle. I don't plan on changing anything. Not feeling my best at the moment but love the look. I feel full almost like dbol would make you look without the massive bloat look and water retention. Very cool compound.

Dumbbell flyes: 25x12, 35x15, 35x25
Incline smith machine press: 135x12, 135x12, 155x10, 185x10

Machine incline press: 100x15, 150x10, 150x10
Cable flyes: 40x12 (3 sets)
Single arm machine preacher curl: 30x20, 50x12, 80x10, 95x10
Overhead rope triceps extensions: 40x20, 60x15, 80x12, 80x12

Decent workout although energy sucked. Still felt some strength and endurance. Tomorrow will be a late night workout after work. Hopefully I won't fall asleep while doing dumbbell curls.

Thought I'd throw this in from Saturday. Great energy and strength. But lethargy was beginning to set in heavily. But still managed to get a decent one in.
 
Good afternoon ladies and gents. A quick lunch hour quickie and back to set today. Heavy volume on legs and a supplementary chest workout. Dosages are the same Superdrol at 20mg, test base at 100mg and dmaa at 25mg per day.

Nothing too crazy. Great pump and energy. I've been really dogged the last few days, it felt great to not feel completely wiped afterwards.

Wouldn't you know it... I have 2 more updates. My 2 last ones as my experiment with Superdrol is over. I ran it for about 5 weeks which I believe is more than enough. Next time I'd run it for 4 weeks.

The lethargy is real and you'll feel tired and exhausted all the time. Sure, you'll look good. But having energy is good too. On Friday I did chest and arms.

This week my energy was low. Even taking dmaa preworkout. I had decent workouts, and a very good pumps. I'm looking full yet nice and lean. No excess water retention an little to no bloat especially when carb reduced. On carbs you can expect better strength and decent pumps.

Exceptional vascularity on this compound. My veins ha move been popping the whole time while researching this drug.

My conclusion is this is a good alternative to deca. Especially if you don't like some of the harsh side effects you get from it. It doesn't match the power you get from deca and it's not as generous to your joints. But you should recover quickly. You'll have a nice full look but without the puffy bloated look. Full and ripped if you're already at 15% b.f. or below. You probably won't notice if you're above that.

I'd save deca for a winter strength/bulk phase and and Superdrol in the spring or summer when you're already lean and looking to add strength and lean muscle.

You're not going to explode, but you'll add quality if your diet and training is on point.
