So, fuck it. I'm gonna reload from Sunday to Sunday. I've been training 8 days a week with a day off hear and there....... but being somewhat of an addiction and an essential part of my day and general wellbeing for since 2007, I am not looking forward to it. But that's the addict talking. Common sense wise, I am really looking forward to the physical, mental and nervous system break. And I know once completed and I make my return that I will be 100% better in all aspects........ right ?!
