Hello everyone
i was going to introduce dbol for the first time was wondering do you guys split the dosages or just take full dosage 1-1.5 hours before workout!

I would go all pre workout.. if you get too many sides you can split the dose.. i prefer 10mg tabs and split the dose. Same gains either way
 
I take full all at once. I've tried just about every way to take them you can imagine and it honestly doesn't seem to take a difference. Or if it does its so minor that its un-noticable for me. I also dont take them as a preworkout. My lower back pumps become so insane that they actually hinder my workouts. If I could take them as a preworkout I likely would. Cheers.
 
I'm the same in that I take them all at once with breakfast. I personally find the effects are more noticable in the gym after they've been ingested for a few hours. I know that is theoretically when levels are dropping but that's how they affect me.
 
I used to love taking them with my coffee first thing. I could actually feel my body pump up, lol. Not a lot, but just felt cool.

I commonly workout at night would it affect my sleep I don’t take any caffeine or anything because I go to the gym around 10-1030
 
Full dose, 50mg at 5am with my pre-workout (banana dipped in peanut butter + gatorade). That's about 30 to 45 min before workout. No caffeine for me either. Too crashy that early.

I don't split dose. Tried and didn't notice any benefit.
 
I’m going to try some injectable dbol next week. Supposed to hit a bit harder, hopefully no gut issues like heartburn.
I bet it’s going to be a wicked preworkout supplement, lol.
 
Never got anything from dbol and I don't know why.... Now anadrol on the other hand blows me up almost as quickly as test suspension does
I usually take orals just once a day and occasionally pre workout, but I really don't feel much stronger or aggressive when taking pre workout. Maybe it just me, lol 😂

Sorbate, To control hour heartburn if/when you get it try 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda mixed in 6 oz of water. Drink it down quickly and within 1 minute your HB should subside. I also have heard taking baking soda pre-workout has benefits also.

I’ll try that. I usually eat tums but it’s only temporary. A lot of my heartburn comes from my shitty digestive tract. It was a lovely thing I inherited from both my parents, lol.

The injectable dbol im using right now avoids the whole issue. But I will try your trick because I like to use daily low dose cialis to keep my blood pressure down while running dbol. Plus the random boners are a added touch. Makes me feel 18 again, lol.

Tums is probably the worst thing you can take. My father had severe heart burn for years, and ate tums like candy. it elevated his calcium levels to dangerous levels which helped to develop pre-cancerous cells in his esophagus. He had to have surgery to have most of it removed and within 5 years he was gone. DROP THE TUMS! Use baking soda.

Also if you take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar daily in a bit of water over time it will help to regulate the stomach acids which will greatly reduce the occurrences of HB. I had bad HB also, now I rarely get it.

I never really researched HB relieve until I had it myself. Now for my father's sake I wish I had sooner and possibly could have prevented what he went through, or at least gave him a some more time.
