Controlling Blood Pressure While On Cycle.

Not natural but 5 mg of cialis a day
Low dose aspirin at night - again, not ‘natural’
Coenzyme q10 - 300-600 mg if needed
Hawthorn -250 mg 3 per day
Fish oil - 3000 mg 3 times a day
Garlic 600 mg of kyolic garlic twice a day
Arginine cardio is. Good product.
Calcium and magnesium and vitamin c (2000 mg) have been known to reduce BP mildly
Ginger

Just an opinion but I would start with fish oil and coenzyme q10. Arginine cardio is expensive but a good product.
That being said the number one recommendation in most of my naturopath books is Hawthorne.
If I could figure out how to take a damn picture and attach it here, I would do so from some of the books I have.

Geez man, you are keeping the supplement industry rocking on your own. ;)
For me it's cardio and I'm always on cycle.

I don’t take those @Bagua. Just suggestions from books I have or posts I read on success stories. I never had high BP in my life, recently it went to high normal so I take co-enzyme q10, garlic and ginger.
I guess the question asked what do you guys do vs. What do you know. I need to read more carefully.

That sir is no biggie. The input is appreciated.

And to add another suggestions, read in a few books apples are excellent for BP. Bananas are good too.
I find it hard to fathom they would have a major impact but thought I would mention.

What natural ways do you guys use. I personally hate using Bp meds, even tho its a must sometimes.

One way ive found. When we drink our gallon of water. Make sure its reverse osmosis water. Tap water does indeed raise blood pressure. This I have tested out multiple times and every single time. Once I started drinking Osmosis my blood pressure came down. Not a huge % but a good amount. I was then able to cut back the amount of bp meds I was using.

This may not work for everyone, but it worked for me. Not only that when you drink Osmosis water you will feel a hell of alot better.
I used to never eat salt on cycle and my blood pressure was always fine no matter what I took. Anadrol, Tren, dbol, etc

that being said I later learned you need salt, to be honest I always looked my best not eating salt (added salt/high salted foods)
I mainly eat egg whites, oatmeal, grits, fruit, protein powder when I am on cycle. I don’t add salt either
