Caution about calling out a lab without providing evidence to back up your claim

Logic dictate's that members need to prove any claims, positive or negative, to be taken seriously.

We have all seen the posts where some guy calls out a lab in a negative fashion and then proceeds' to tell some bro-science story with zero evidence and or zero information to be peer-reviewed. In almost every case it's "I didn't feel it" or "its not working" or the famous "its under dosed"

So that it's 100% clear. If you make a thread or a post that implies, insinuates, or suggests a lab's product(s) are not what they say they are without legitimate evidence you will be warned for a first offense, receive a temporary ban of 7 days for second offense and if you continue to do this you will be banned permanently. Posts like these simply cause drama and are usually based on user error, ignorance, false expectations, lack of experience and lack of knowledge.

I want to stress this has nothing to do with covering up and everything to do with accountability.
