What is the best cut of steak for the bbq keep in mind I like mine medium/well ? I have some many different opinions on this. Some say t-bone and some say new York strip.
The small part of the t-bone is the tenderloin if I remember correctly, and the large side is the lesser cut, so you get a smaller quality piece of meat, but more bulk.T bones or Rib steaks seem to be what I always buy.

Bison or Beefalo the cross breed is awesome. The ribeye I have had from both is to die for.I do love a bison ribeye when i can get it....hmmmm
