Can't help with that. I was a member but never frequented the board at all. It never had a good feel to it for me, maybe I didn't give a chance I don't know. It's sister board Muscle Maniax I was very active on, I think it was the first board that I called my home board. At some point it was run by GennX because LS became the Admin there.
