500mg test, aromasin and ED

My mid cycle bloods are in.

Estradiol Sensitive came back at 80.6 pg./ML (8.0 - 35 ref range). I know most people feel ideal between 20 - 30 pg/ML. What is the best way to gauge how much Aromasin it would take to get within range without trying a dose and getting bloodwork done every month?

Your E is identical to mine with no AI.

I would suggest aromasin at 12.5mg EOD to start with then pull bloods in at least 2 weeks. That protocol brought my E down from 80pg to 37pg.

I felt good with my E at 37. I also felt good this cycle with my E hovering between 40-44pg FWIW.

I bring peer reviewed studies or articles from respected endo journals to him. Hi-lite the relevant parts and put those little sticky note indicator things with arrows on the edge of the page so he can't miss them. I also have brought a journal with me where I have recorded each visit and what materials I have brought to him at each visit. I mention that I have my own identically marked up literature at home. I let him know that I do this in case I am ever going to have to explain my case to a new doc or use it for something legal.

This could be considered kind of a dick move by me as the doc may perceive this as some kind of vague threat but I never phrase it that way or insinuate anything like that. I'm sure however that they are aware that all that info could be presented to the powers that be if I were ever to lodge a complaint about my treatment. :)

To clarify - my family doc is pretty damn cool and appreciates the literature when I have brought it, I don't bring the journal or my thick file folder to him just to specialists. Never with any kind of threat at all, "I'm just trying to stay organized doc"

This method gets away from you explaining anything (the experts are) but gives you a base to frame questions from.
