Stash pics. Genetec, prosum..etc

If everything were to dry up tommorow and nobody has access to anything anymore, I’d probably be one of the biggest motherfuckers on the planet lol
I wouldn’t be the biggest, but they would wonder why the fuck is this old guy so built, it can’t be off eating rats and squirrels, lol.

Well thought I’d resurrect this thread.
Other than some primo I think I’m pretty stocked up.View attachment 3925
Where did you buy your full DB rack and weights? I have adjustable at home up to 70's which means reps for some exercises. I want to buy a proper rack and from 50 and up to 100 to start. I don't trust the adjustable over 50, they make too much noise lol. I keep thinking they are going to fall apart.
I have 100's of lbs for my bars but I prefer DB exercises with the exception of upright rows, skull crushers, and EZ bar curls. I can do a lot with a couple sets of bands. Anyone who says bands aren't good must not be using them like I do. I use them for rows - multiple large bands with a DB and the resistance gets harder the more you pull and they expand. Sorry not trying to derail your thread but interested in buying DB's without emptying the bank.

I bought all this so long ago I cannot remember the place I bought it from. I think I got all of it in 2000. I was trying to guilt myself into training, lol. Didn't work because I blew out my back lifting a front of beef and slipped while carrying it so I couldn't train for a few years after that.

Check Facebook Market place I have DB 5-65 and a rack. I paid $50 for the rack 2 teers holds 12 sets has Olympic Bar tubes on each side. Also, each end has 2 pins for plates. I bought all the dumbbells for 90 cents to $1 a lb. I often find sets of 45lb plates for less that $90 a pair. None of this stuff is crap It is all commercial quality. Hoist benches in the box. A lot of gyms and stores have gone under. Tons of stuff for cash out of their garages. Damn I got Northern lights seated calf for $25...........
