Post workout snack...

Local gym I drive by has pizza on a certain day of the week... cuz that's why people are going to the gym :rolleyes:
 
I take 2 cups milk, 1 scoop isolate protein powder, berries/fruit, raw oats, peanut butter all blended together and slam that right after the workout, then I eat about an hour or so after that something a little lighter, with protein and low carbs, like a Soup and Sammich, or Salad. I try to eat every 2.5 hours and my wife has been excellent about keepin the food coming. I'm up 30lb since October.
 
My post workout is just before bed, so 5 whole eggs 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of walnuts.
