What's your blood pressure today?

Nothing that comes to mind right away, been pretty inactive due to injuries and dropped TRT dose to 93mg/week (pretty sure that didn't do it :) )

Edit- I added Astragulus to my supplement regime too, seems an unlikely suspect at first glance but I'll do some more reading. May be dosage dependant but opposite to what we would usually expect.

Are you still keeping cardio, good water intake, fish oil?
Maybe low dose cialis ed/eod to help out until out figure this out

Nope, cardio is complete shit. I really haven't trained hard in months more than a handful of times due to injuries, pretty much all little shitty rehab exercises, no sweating. Zero cardio cause of nasty sciatica.

Also I used to take my fish oil half with first meal and half with last meal. First meal is usually my preWO meal and a couple of months back I decided to drop the FO from that meal and move it later in the day (slowing protein absorption). the problem is I have often been forgetting it altogether which cuts my daily intake in half. I'm sure that is at least a contributing factor here. I have been on Ramipril 2.5mg 2x daily for a long time and we have increased dose to 5mg x2 now. 140/80 or a little better for last few days

Cialis is in play as is Citrullline Malate and grabbing some hibiscus tea soon, sounds like good healthy stuff overall.

BTW I don't want to take this thread too far off track with my personal stuff, I like how it was chugging along with nice short responses.

At least it isn't derailed from the main topic hehehe, just keep us update on what you did and it did improve your BP maybe in a new thread when things back on track. Stay healthy brother
