I always find that my strength is more associated with food intake more than sleep. If I don't eat well beforehand I don't lift as well.
I'm hoping to get my hands on some Superdeca soon myself and give it a run.

I would say too that food intake before workout make a big difference.
Since i'm bulking i'm eating a pb toast with banana + 1 muffin or 1 pop tarts if no more muffins left in the morning just before my workout and try to get at least 2 meals in before deadlift on the week-end. Doing this, i can get real good workout.
Found out today that i'll need to stretch more during big size gain in short period.
Calf, hams, quads were all thight.
I think the fast gain in size and fullness had reduce my mobility more than i first thought.
I can barely replace my pant with my hand in my back, i just can't lift them loll, traps are too full and i lost some range of movement.
I think you'll really like this blend even if you like dryer gain, just adapt your diet accordingly.
