Bebeav's Dracorex SuperDeca Bulk

I always find that my strength is more associated with food intake more than sleep. If I don't eat well beforehand I don't lift as well.

I'm hoping to get my hands on some Superdeca soon myself and give it a run.

I would say too that food intake before workout make a big difference.
Since i'm bulking i'm eating a pb toast with banana + 1 muffin or 1 pop tarts if no more muffins left in the morning just before my workout and try to get at least 2 meals in before deadlift on the week-end. Doing this, i can get real good workout.

Found out today that i'll need to stretch more during big size gain in short period.
Calf, hams, quads were all thight.
I think the fast gain in size and fullness had reduce my mobility more than i first thought.
I can barely replace my pant with my hand in my back, i just can't lift them loll, traps are too full and i lost some range of movement.

I think you'll really like this blend even if you like dryer gain, just adapt your diet accordingly.

I'm a huge fan of dry lean gains. Not that I never use a compound like Dbol, I would use strategically during a strength phase in where it really shines. It's too easy to look puffy and bloated on it.

I loved running deca last year. And with the added esthers, it should fit nicely in to my "body scultping" philosophy.

It’s weird how compound effect us differently. Dbol, I get leaner and do not bloat, but deca I grow nipples and look fat, lol,

That's why it's so difficult to give advice and how important logs are. People need to read how these compounds affect people in real life terms instead of online bro science measures. There is a compound out there for everyone.

@Sorbate, i think i'm like you on this one, i really want to give a try to dbol (i only use 25mg a day) in a leaning phase to keep strenght since i doesn't seems to bloat much on it, but Deca on the other side make me look like a panda lol, and sadly really seems to trigger activity in my right nips at the moments. No soreness or tenderness but little lump and pain, not the common high e2 feeling

Its my left nipple. Grows a mass. I bet if I controlled my estrogen better it would be fine. I am running a low dose deca cycle right now as na experiment so only 150 mg a week with 125 mg of test. So I'll see what happens.
Man, I love dbol. the strength is insane, I needed to test myself about 1/2 way thru and I'd just keep adding weight to the bar until I was done. I would lose weight if I didn't increase my calories drastically. Down side was I wanted to sleep all the time, but I'm thinking that my body wanted to repair itself an that was the reason for the sleeping. But I would destroy myself in the gym, because I wouldn't really get sore. Plus I would go hypo more often.

Yeah i really think that some of the lethargy is created by ourself destroying our body harder than usual when using oral. Maybe you were going hypo because of bigger depletion in carb from the higher intensity workout. A intra workout shake with fast acting carb could have been the solution.
 
Little update for the weekend.

This one have been the least productive i had in a while.
Been 2 weeks that my fucking CTS is having fun. Happens time to time from repetitive movement.
Getting worst that ever this time. Normally it stay for a week max and then slowly go back normal but this time it ain't happen.

Had many bad sleep night during the last week cause of this.

Wake up 4am saturday with knive in my wrist and fingers joint. Couldn't fall back asleep. Couldn't bent them or it was instant 10000volt shock in my finger or wrist. Wife had to help me put my pant cause i couldn't lift them without going in intense pain.

Lost all my day cause of this. Had to soak them for 2x 20 min session of ice cold water/warm water to help things.

Today is much better, still got tingling but at least the nerve shock sensation is gone. Hope it slowly go away this week.

So for next months i'm gonna switch to lighter weight/more pump work to give less shit to my wrist.

Going for a LISS cardio session then i'll write it down in the log.

I want these training to be in the 35/45min range. Get in, get out fast, high intensity with low rest except on heavier exercice i'll take the rest i need to be able to pull, push heavy.

I want to put more size on my upper body, really want more size on arms, delts and lats, these will be the main focus for this part of my bulk.

The hypo feeling happens anytime I’m not flush with enough carbs. I always eat a huge meat about 30 min before training so I dint get an issue then.

That's the best thing to do.
You'll get better workout like this, enough fuel for your whole training session and even better pump at the end!
I mostly can't train fasted or i'll surely go hypo. I need to carefully watch my BS when i try to do fasted cardio, the drop happen so fast sometimes.

Suposed to had hex deadlift in there, but time didn't allow it. It took me 35min only for squats, i want to go for 45 min max, so not enough time to do them, will see later if i can prepare my things differently and see if i can find some time for it.

But one thing sure, legs were fried!!

Called my chiro for an appointment tomorow, will see if it can help with my fucking CTS. Thumbs and 3 finger feeling 100% numb for over 48 hours, ain't fun :mad:

This workout wasn't the greatest, strenght wasn't there at all and i found out why during the day. I crashed my E2.
Last sunday i asked the wife if i took my pills or not cause i coulnd't remember, so i made my combo and take them. Now today i can tell you that this sunday i double eveything of my morning stack, so i took double dose of asin and today i'm now feeling borderline shit.
Thx god, i have Dracorex TNE on hand, i should be back on track tomorow after 2ml of this stuff!!!

Also went to see my chiro, he usemany ART on my forearm and used Gratson on both of my hands, where the carpal tunnel is. Hope to see good improvment soon. He also told me to roll my forearm after heavy work using my arm and grip.

I did this 3 rounds instead of 4 and keep it light because of my yesterday visit with the chiro. Pump was good and pretty intense, even more on biceps. E2 slowly creeping up where it should be, feeling better this morning.
 
20min MISS cardio done on the elleptical

CTS improving today, hope it get even better in the next 2-3 days. Going for another Gratson session monday and then will wait couple and see how it feel.

Was suposed to have Rack Pull but i want to give some time to my wrist to be fully back on track before going too heavy again.
So i went with lighter weight and higher reps.

Volume was great for a good pump and for feeling wide as a bus hahaha

Sadly like it always happen, orals start to mess with my digestion, i'll keep them for another week and hope it won't get worst if it stay the same i'll try to extend to 6 weeks but if not i'm going to cut them out at 4 weeks

Nice pump from this workout, not much pain so it was fun. was able to lift the 55 without pain is a great thing been over 6 months i've been unable to. Maybe the Deca is helping with the shoulder problem, will still take it easy and get good pump with lighter weight and higher reps.

Yesterday was a day off and had some good familly time with my brother and all their kids. 8 little kids were running around us all that day!
Pizza (ground beef) and Nachos (salsa with ground beef) were my main foods of this day. Protein was there but evrything was off track, but damn it was good!

Today was meal prep and little job in the house.
Did 45 min LISS Cardio

Little addition to the gym, will have some pic tomorow, should be great!!
