So I am two weeks into a cycle of 750mgs of sust and 300mgs NPP a week. NPP gives me great gains, but is notorious for nuking my dick. I have taken half of a .25 prami tab the last two nights before bed. It hasn’t done anything yet, but make my stomach feel gross. Anyone know how long it usually takes?

I am thinking things will even out a bit more in a couple of weeks when the long esters of test fully kick in. I was thinking of this:

One 20mgs ciallis a day before sexy time night, one viagra an hour before and 100mgs TNE earlier that day?

estrogen is touchy with me I usually don’t take AIs unless it’s a gram because they nuke my estro so much my dick doesn’t work. I am usually better off without them.
 
The benefit of sustanon is the multiple esters and based on the dosages - you should be fine but everyone is different. I thought I was immune to deca dick but found out I wasn’t in my 6 week.
It may sort it out like you said when the longer esters kick in.

350+mg/wk of mast prop would clear this issue up for you. It won't do much for your gains but it will definitely help with the libido.

i wouldn't run deca without it.
 
Why not just run caber. Im running 400test and 600 deca 13 weeks in and my libido is through the roof.

I am fucking weird. Even mast crushes my estro so hard my dick dies. Trust me I’ve tried like 4 brands.
