Chest pain

Hey everyone! So about 2 weeks ago I started to have a feeling in my chest right around my heart. It was almost like a squeeze like feeling. It started every once in a while, then progressed to constantly through the day. I had a few days in between that time when it almost completely went away. This past weekend it went away Friday and Saturday then started back up yesterday. I had my mother-in-law check my bp and I had readings of . 170/86 150/86 and 135/87. That was through a 2 hour window. This is obviously way to high. I checked when I woke up this am and it was 125/82. My question is could this be related? I have a doc app next Monday. Just thought id see if anyone had some input, thanks! Also sometimes there is a burning feeling along with the other symptoms.

Are you constantly thinking about your BP and chest pain. I had an issue with this before and I was creating it all! It was anixety.
Not saying this is your issue, chest pain is not something to mess with.. see a doc

go to the hospital and have it checked out. its nothing and you set your mind at ease. its something brewing and perhaps you saved your life

Thanks for the replies guys. I didn’t post this for medical answers. To be honest I’m a little worried about it and wondering if I shouldn’t wait for my doc app , and go straight in. There’s a history of high bp in my family. I’m just cruising btw.

My old foreman called in sick one day, told the dispatcher on the phone he had awful chest pains and was taking the day off. Dispatcher told him to get to the fucking hospital cos you don’t mess around with chest pains.
He did and it turned out he’d had a mini heart attack.
take our dispatcher’s advice mate!

was working on my farm a couple of years back. was lifting with a buddy and felt my strenght go right out of me. had shooting pains in my chest. collapsed to the ground. drove myself to the hospital and they did some tests. turns out I had had 2 strokes. so you just never know. with your heart just do not fool around.

Well some fish oil is good for bp.

Also you should take some aspirin and go to the hospital.

Update. I wanna thank everyone for the responses. I took everyone’s advice and went to emerge. My bp was 180/92 when I got to the hospital! If I had not gone I most definitely would have suffered a heart attack soon after. This experience has taught me to take bp seriously. And to not be stubborn.. especially when it comes to chest pain.

Wow, glad your alive! This should be a wake up call to us all

Good to see you are OK. Are you on any meds?
Yes they did. But I do not plan to continue using it. I will use it until I get steady bp then come off and use holistic medicine to continue healthy bp. I am not a fan of big Pharma and was raised using food and plants as my medicine. Pharma has its place in this word don’t get me wrong. I just think we could fix a lot of our medical issues without the use of so much drugs!
