I know, we said we wanted to honor his memory and not have that replaceable feel. Then I thought I will get another one when my pooch is 9 yrs old or so. Then I realized my buddy might feel like he is second fiddle while raising a new pup as he is the center of most things we do.
So now I am confused all over again. It is tough for sure.
 
My 11 year old Bijon male vanished on the weekend.Intact.Likely Some cage breeder.

Sorry bro. My big dumb yellow is probably on his last year. The wifes first dog and she is not going to take that well
 
Sorry for the news...dogs are truly man’s best friend. They may be a piece of our lives but to them we are their whole life.

I had to wait for 6 months before I could move forward with another buddy, but when I did I realized I should have filled that void quicker because it was a better place when we did.

I have her daughter and granddaughter still with me. I don't have to worry about it now.
 
Really sorry to hear that @Bagua, I know how much it hurts. As hard as i is when they go, it's still worth it for the time you get. Hang in there bro
 
I'm really sorry to hear this man. I lost one a year ago as well. It's terrible to lose them. Because my dogs are always rescues I adopted another right away. Not as a replacement but I feel as though my pup would have wanted me to help another dog in need in honor of her

I actually got my Bikon male back yesterday.I offered a 200 reward and the neighbors daughter spotted him in a window a few hundred yards away.Had to get the police to retrieve him.
