Clen stacked with T3?

I know some of you will have experience with this, so looking for advice. My experience with Clen is limited to 2 cycles, My experience with T3 is 0. Currently, my comfort zone with Clen is only 50mcg, I have gone up to 100, but generally just don't like the way I feel.

-What is your comfortable dose with Clen?
-What is your comfortable dose with T3?
-Do you agree or disagree with combining the 2?
-If you do combine, do you reduce the dose of each?

I've read lots of mixed reviews about combining the 2, so I thought first-hand experiences would help. If you don't feel comfortable with answering doses, a generalization would be awesome too. Any help would be appreciated.

Iv thought long and hard on the t3 and i came to conclusion i aint touching tgat shit without bloodwork on my t3 t4 leveks first.
Clen i wanna use after cycle to bridge with mk677 7 on clen 7 off with mk677 in its place. Hoping to not loose muscle as much .

All good... I will say this as I know you've mentioned you've had water retention issues. MK677 might make you blow up.. I gained about 10 pounds in a week, lol the wife was like "what the fuck is going on with you"? If keep my dose down to 15mgs at night, it seems to be better, but I still hold onto water. I may just come off and make it a winter thing as I want to be lean in this summer.

Yes sir it will be a winter bridge for me, ill be off cycle and thought it would help keep mucles hydrated, with the combination of clen for muscle wasting ,i shouldnt loose a ton of muscle in theory.
I am highly intrested in t3 but I definitely wanna see where my levels are before i start shutting my thyroid down , i guess i read mixed things, but if my levels are not in normal range im definitely gonna take a low does t3 probably, intrested to hear what others come up with

Hey, I'm fairly new to this so take with a grain of salt, but thought I'd put in my two cents.

-I've gone as high as 120 mcg for a few days in a row with some shakes but otherwise no ill effects (though I was at one point wondering if maybe I didn't get the real Clen I thought I'd paid for. Since then I've read good stuff about the lab here, so maybe I just have a high tolerance for it). I'm currently titrating my dose down as I head toward day 14 after which I'll take a break.
-T3 I've been doing 25 mcg for the last 10 days or so. I have a schedule written down not near me but at some point it suggests bumping up to 50. I wanted to be really cautious with that one for obvious reasons so took a conservative cycle approach.
- I've been combining the two, ordered them both for the first time together, based on research I did online beforehand that made me think stacking them together would accelerate results.

Not sure any of this helps, but good luck in your research.
 
The show I competed in 2012 I used Clen&T3 with a CEA stack. With clen I took my first tab, thought it was 50mcg, it was 100mcg. I was scratching my head like crazy and I could barely type my hands were shaking so much. Was on a couple of conference calls that day ...and damn ... I talked a mile minute. That story aside I kept about 100mcg for last 8 weeks prior to the show. I did not cycle up and back down like they say as I was getting results combining that with 16mg of ephed (ma huang), 200mg of caffeine and a childrens aspirin ( aspirin is suppose to prevent your norepinephrine levels from decreasing ). I was trying to get as ripped as I could for show time so I was combining this with 1500mg of test e and 600mg of tren e a week starting at 8 weeks out. I was on a 1000mg of test e and 300mg of tren e starting at 16 weeks out. I had dropped from 260 to 235 my first eight weeks and I wanted to get to 220 215 for show time. At 4 weeks out I added in 25mcg of t3 until show time, I did not notice any negative side effects from adding all these things in however I added them in one at a time. I was on my CEA stack from 16 weeks out added clen in 8 weeks out and t3 in 4 weeks out. My heart rate and BP maintained fine as I was doing a shit load of HIIT cardio, one to 3 times a day in the last few weeks for 20 minutes a session. My sessions were on the treadmill and I would walk slow for a minute ... sprint for a minute alternating for 20 minutes. doing all this my hr was a 80 bpm and bp was about 130/80 through out so all went well. That was my experience. I met my target weight so I was happy When I am not doing shows, which I am not now, I keep to a CEA stack as it is a lot cheaper and it seem to work for me combined with keto and carb cycling along with HIIT ... weight comes off well and with 250 to 500 mg of test a week I do fine. Not sure if that helped but here was my definition level at show time.

I have used both a lot but will only use t3 now if i want to get really lean and am deep into a cut already.
 
i never have well laid out plans lol. When i was younger i would take way too high of doses (100 or higher) before i even had good abs showing and it was a waste of time. All it did was make me tired and hungry and it felt like i was losing muscle because i was weak. The scale was dropping but i looked worse week by week.
Now its 25 and sometimes bumped to 50 if i felt it a little weak (ug t3 can vary) but only if im already lean and want to continue to shed for a vacation or something. Not needed at all btw but you know, fuck it
 
Milos Sarcev likes t3 all year, actually says t3 is anabolic when not used at high doses, max he goes up to is 75mcg t3 and clen 2 days on 2 days off

he tapers the t3 starting at 12.5mcg and increases by 12.5mcg every 2 weeks up to 75mcg and then back down (16weeks total)
12.5,25,37.5,50,62.2,75 then back down
T3 is taken 12 h apart in even doses
He likes to use t4 as well with t3 (before bed, empty stomach 2 hour after meal)

I’ve always like t3 and Clen, worked wonders for me. I pretty much just do what milos taught me, after all the coaches /methods I tried his seems to be the one that works the best

I've read your body produces about 25mcgs naturally, so taking only 25mcgs almost keeps you to a normal level. Recommended was doubling to 50.

Gonna bump mine up to 100 to see how I react.
 
I'd not heard that, good to know. I think I might bump up the increase then and start a little sooner.

do blood work unless you’re using pharm t3, I’ve had t3 all over the place, but once you get bloodwork you can adjust the dosage

100mcg is fairly high, theres studies showing people using 50mcg split it into 3 doses a day lost weight continuously. You might lose more weight but itd most likely be muscle unless you were on Hgh or a lot of anabolics

I had a bottle of t3 in my bag for the longest time and ended up tossing it when I moved to Ontario. In the end I just wasn't comfortable playing with my thyroid levels.

Im in same boat lol waiting for blood work to see weather im hypo or hyper before i screw around with t3
 
What exactly are we looking for in our blood work in terms of t3? Are we looking to just be on the high end of normal physiological ranges or pushing it higher but not too high?
