Review the last movie you watched

1960 spartacus with kirk douglas... love that movie but hate the ending first time I saw it the ending fucked me up for like 2 days lol

the blackout. warning: in russian. awesome. scifi about russian army vs alien invasion. great cgi, pacing, mega kill count. good enough story that isnt ruined by ending like most movies like this. not too much cheese.

I have to check that out! I’m Russian so it would be interesting to me.

planet of the humans. excellent documentary by Michael moore about the green/renewable energy movement.

SPOILER ALERT- basically hes says fossil fuels are not going away now, soon or in any near future and that green energy cannot come near being a main source of energy and the problem is obviously too many fuckn humans. but we cant even have that discussions because the believers will have a meltdown.

greyhound- excellent ww2 sea battle movie starring tom hanks. war movies arent for everyone but i enjoyed seeing seeing the technology and tactics of that era. i found the battle scenes exciting and visually amazing.

Watched it this morning and I agree it was excellent

Still Bohemian Rhapsody. I did watch a documentary on Richard Nixon last night. Does that count?

Anna - Amazon prime - typical girl gets recruited into Russian intelligence program, goes around kicking ass John Wick style, uses flashbacks to reveal twists and plot turns - gets repetitive - some boobies

The Old Guard - new on Netflix with Charlize Theron - group of immortal mercs go around kicking ass John Wick Style, good action, some quieter moments that go into the weight/burden of being immortal - no boobies

Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga - Netflix - Will Ferrell movie so you can kinda guess the style - I was not expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. Simple but cute story, some really funny parts, there's a song called Ja Ja Ding Dong which will get stuck in your head for days - simulated camel toe, no boobies

Apocalypto
Mel Gibson movie about the Mayans.
I snorkeled in the underwater Mayan caves last year. The stories during the tour are very interesting.
Excellent movie.
Brutal slavery of their own people. After seeing this i feel less guilty for my horrific whiteness. :)

Polar... it’s filmed mostly in Canada. If your in to old school assassin movies this is better than ol John Wicks 9 out of 10. Only because the Villain is to “fake” for my liking.

Top 3 for sure
#1 Saving Private Ryan
#2 The Number Slevin < bad ass must watch until the end to understand it.
#3 Polar which has replaced American Sniper

Joker - It was pretty good. You feel bad for him as he’s such a loser.
This was a creepy movie. When he shot De Niro in the head on the talk show ... that shocked the hell out of me. The movie was good enuff to keep me sitting in my seat as I was interested however I would not watch it again as I do a lot of other movies.

Watched it on a flight to Clear Water Beach. Sad as I usually go to FLA each summer but don’t think it’s in the cards this year.

Watched "Extraction" on Netflix with Liam Hemsworth. Story of a merc extracting the kidnapped son of a Drug-lord. All kinds of shit goes sideways. (No spoilers here)

Excellent body count, great action. Story flows well with a lot of character background. Very, very gritty.

I liked a lot.
