Just wanted to leave this quick review. I’m sure I’m not saying anything that hasn’t been said before but Funnyman knows his shit. I’ve used him twice now and both times had great success. I just finished a bulk with him a couple of weeks ago. I started at 175lbs about 15% bf. My goal weight was 200lbs. I reached 193lbs with weeks left to go, and only put on around an extra 3-5% bf. Unfortunately I got sick twice and then had some personal issues that lead to a depression and loss of appetite which dropped me to 180lbs. This is in no way the fault of Funnyman but all uncontrollable external circumstances.
I believe if it wasn’t for these last problems I would have blasted past my goal of 200lb. Maybe next time.

That's good to hear bro
Congrats on the gains!!!

I want to do a @Funnyman run as well.

Just need to get my schedule and program together
(Just started Greyskull LP third edition)
Taking some time to settle in before I talk to the Master!

The gains from Funnyman runs are inspiring, comparable to cycles I've been on!

I hope all is going well with you now @Englishmustard.

Glad to hear that our friend @Funnyman did an awesome job as expected and you were satisfied with the results. :)(y)

Take care Brother,

Thanks man. I’m on the road to recovery from a major ball kicking(not literally) but waiting to see a psych and get on anti depressants. After some reading I realize I’ve been mildly to moderately depressed for years. Just going about my life like it was normal.

I'm nursing a case of bursitis in my shoulder right now, hoping I can get back to a proper training regimen by early summer. I very well may employ @Funnyman to get me back on track.

I talked to him a little bit a while ago.
Honestly, the price for what you get... it feels way too low, especially if you include the support throughout that he provides.

Once I sort out my life...its time to get shredded lol

Shredded and healthier. You will really feel the difference pretty fast with his nutrition plan.
Me and my wife discoverd a lot of new things, even the kids are liking the changes

I feel your frustration... I’ve been dealing with bursitis in my elbow since Sept . Waiting on seeing elbow specialists and hopefully by summer get back to training regularly

Unfortunately the only cure for bursitis is time and eliminating whatever caused the bursitis in the first place (dragging my elbows on my desk at work). I had bursitis in both elbows, saw the specialist who told me to rest it and that he couldn't do anything for me. It took me 6 months of waiting for the specialist to tell me he couldn't do jack for me.

I got the same freaking thing right now, my right elbow, due to my office desk, make my work out with this arm Hell.
I do cold and hot once or twice a day
tylenol before bed helm my a "little" with the night pain
use a tensor all day and in the gym
but what work the best so far for me, its stretching slow and full extension, that arm and elbow

There is no greater investment than a plan with @Funnyman. You feel better you look better and he’s always there to help you dial things in. Still to this day I’m following the lean bulk diet he set out for me and when I’m 100% on track I’m gaining size and my weight is staying pretty steady. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with him!!!

I’ve been there. Diet and exercise were my antidepressant for years. After a while I began to think it was normal. I wasn’t until I got on a low dose antidepressant that I realized life can be so much better. Good luck.
