Generic one, but I LAUGH my ass off when I hear excuses why ppl can't lift heavy weights and have to do high reps instead.. Unless your seriously broken, you can lift heavy.. A guy at my gy always tells me how much he lifts etc.. But he never lifts heavy infront of me lol... always a reason..

Love hearing the excuses why people can't squat or deadlift as well lol..
 
I no longer have a pec minor and lost 1/2 front deltoid on the rt.

I still bench.

Feebly no doubt but hey, I like it and been doing 45 years.

I tore over half my pec last summer.. Doctors all said no more benching... I was given the ok to start rehab in Oct.. As of this morning I do 4 sets of 10 reps with 205lbs on flat barbell. Total poundage of 8,200lbs for my 15 mins of flat benching. Lately I add 5-10lbs to the bar each week.


EDIT: I should add....and my form is still better than 99% of the people in the gym lol

I tore mine 2 years ago. Was at a 500 bench at the time. Now max is 365 for sets of 6 -8. Took a while but its coming back
 
yeah you can probably exclude tren for begginers altogether though haha
Nooooooo - dont take away the tren lol. Maybe they run it first and are young enough to smarten up and have no responsibility so when they over do it theyll have less to lose bahahaha.
I dunno, the older I get the more tren agress with me ? Said I'd never ever do it again but currently at 600mg/week and all is well?! Strange

i was benching heavy barbell and dumbell with a broken collar bone ( held together with a plate but still full of breaks and cracks) after two months. Not smart but whatever.

You know I’ve lost it a bit, but before I consciously tried to become more of a balanced person, I was easy to anger, without using gear.
Only the nor 19 drugs do that to me though.
So it makes sense.

Man I think the gear plays a part....especially if tren is involved or estrogen is out of whack.

I'm not speaking from personal experience just observations.
