I'm hoping folks will be able to keep this from derailing for a while so if you don't mind please try to keep your posts simple and short, at least for a while ;)

There are a lot of old adages in and around the lifestyle we discuss here that for the most part seem to be accepted as fact, some probably just because they have been repeated so many times. I personally have a few that I disagree with, please post up any you don't buy into and why you disagree (if you feel the need to explain.)

I'll start:

Primo(or whatever AAS) is a waste unless you are very lean.
Why? I happen to think Primo and Var are the best tools in the box for getting lean.

GH(or whatever compound) needs to be run for a long time to do anything.
Why? Are you trying to tell me that a short run of whatever doesn't do anything?

I usually have a dozen or so of these in my head but that's all for now

Begginers have to run test only for first cycle

your first will yield the best gains. Throw some dbol or anadrol or something in there for some bonus gains. if you get any sides you can be pretty sure it’s not the test lol cause your not just gonna drop the test and keep on using your dbol

I don’t know if I believe that prop converts less to estrogen so you are drier?

Running a test on that right now will know in another 2 weeks.
 
Another one I just thought of that I’m totally torn on being correct or not is you will see results from test prop faster than you will see results from test e

Scientifically the half life is how long it takes to leave the body, not enter it. Data shows peaked blood levels from test e around 8 hours, so theoretically it’s in your systems at those levels from day 1 just like test prop

Bro science says I think I have seen faster results from shorter esters, but idk if it’s real or if it’s in my head because it’s what I’ve been led to believe

Not saying this is one I disagree with, I’m just on the fence about it.

Because the big bro would sell you bunk gh for the first couple of months so he could do more of the real stuff.
 
The more cycles you do, the higher doses you need to get gains or the more compounds you need.

That one fucking drives me nuts.. I'll go out on a limb and say 95% of the people who believe this have shit diet, shit sleep, shit work outs..
 
you can take gear and not work out and still get huge.


you can eat anything on a cycle and stay lean (this is a very common belief from non gear users)

to add serious mass, you need to eat A LOT... sorry, you generally add serious amounts of fat with this mentality.
